Hi! My name is Tanya Estevez. My mom and I came from Cuba
during the Mariel boat lift in 1980 and went straight to New Jersey where I
spent the next 30 years of my life. I attended High School in Union City and
became an events coordinator and opened up my first Flower shop in 1989. By
1992, I was fortunate enough to be able to open up my second location where I
became very well known in the small town of Weehawken. I excelled in interior
design and quickly realized with every job I was hired for that my excitement
and vision to transform and design whether it was a room, an office or a full
home, was guiding me towards the very exciting field of Real Estate. I
purchased my first house in 1994 and was so thrilled with the process of transforming
an older home into a beautiful, updated house that I just couldn’t stop! My
heart skips a beat every time I enter a house and think of all the
possibilities and options.

I moved my family to the Sunshine State in 2006 and
discovered the charming boating community of Apollo Beach and quite frankly,
this quickly became home. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be here.
